How to Begin Your Application

Interested professionals must first express their interest by emailing the Client Relations Centre at [email protected] or visiting the centre on Level Two of the Women’s Pavilion in the Sustainability District. Here’s the step-by-step process:

Step 1: Submit Your Application

After contacting the ECDA, you’ll receive login credentials for the ECDA Portal. Use these to:

1. Download the freelance permit application form from the ECD website.
2. Complete the form and upload it along with the required documents.

Payment:

• Submit an initial fee of AED 7,000, which includes a non-refundable AED 500 application fee. Applications won’t be processed without payment.

Step 2: Application Review

• An ECD identification card.
